Strive Training is a private training provider that has been established to provide individuals with the necessary skills for work. This may be skills for individuals who are currently unemployed and looking for work, for those who are looking to enhance their current skill set and progress in their current role, or those who are looking at a change in career. By running a variety of back to work programmes, we know what it takes to support an individual in finding work and sustaining that placement.
As part of our back to work and pre-employment training programs, we have created simulated work environments, which allow the individual to gain real life work experience with real customers. This provides individuals with the necessary skills and confidence to provide value to the employer and make a contribution from day one of employment.
We use digital cv technology to enhance the individuals profile, and help them stand out from the crowd. This technology brings the cv to life, allowing the individual to better showcase their skills through video, pictures, certificates and whole lot more. This new style of CV helps to get the individual into work more quickly.
